AGB / Cancellation conditions

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 16.00 hrs. Check-out time until 11.00 am. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rooms - within the confirmed room category - will be allocated according to availability. Policy according to Swiss. Code of Obligations Art. 160 Contractual penalty.

6-2 days before arrival, free rebooking within 12 months or a voucher
1-0 days before arrival or no-show 100% of the booking amount
No refunds can be guaranteed for services from third-party providers (mountain railroads, local bus, etc.). For groups of 6 rooms or more, the general terms and conditions of the Hotel des Alpes apply. We do not grant refunds for all packages.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with ELVIA.

Cancellation due to COVID 19
Cancellations due to COVID 19 (quarantine, risk area) can always be rebooked or canceled free of charge by both parties.
