AGB / Cancellation conditions

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 16.00 hrs. Check-out time until 11.00 am. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rooms - within the confirmed room category - will be allocated according to availability. Policy according to Swiss. Code of Obligations Art. 160 Contractual penalty.

Our cancellation conditions:

Winter season (December - April)

Cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price

Summer season (May - October)

Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price

No refunds can be guaranteed for services provided by third-party providers (mountain railroads, local bus, etc.). For groups of 6 rooms or more, the general terms and conditions of the Hotel des Alpes apply. We do not grant refunds for all packages.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with ELVIA.
