I have spent my entire professional life making guests happy.

More than you expect.

Because on the one hand, as a trained chef and waiter, I always enjoy simply good food and drink and on the other hand, there is nothing better than a table with happy guests who are having fun together.

I have known some of my team for many years. We rocked a hotel in the Engadin, now we're doing it again at the Hotel Des Alpes in Flims Laax - relaxed and with a lot of passion.

Giovanni is at work in the kitchen, Jan takes care of the service and your good mood. At reception, Patricia takes care of every request, our team informs you about the best hiking trails in the region and Claudia keeps the house clean and tidy.
